Neko! Japan has straight, black hair that falls neatly over his eyes and has sides that come down to just above his chin. His eyes are chocolate brown and are dull, making them hard to read. He looks as though he is just a teenager, when in reality, he is over 2000 years old. He wears a white Japanese military uniform that has a black and golden collar and black and golden cuffs. Little black ears jut out of his hair while a long, fluffy, black tail with a white underside juts out of his tail bone.
At home, he can be seen wearing a robe that is a faded blue. When at special occassions, he wears a fancy kimono that is covered with pretty flowers and the like.

Personality
Neko! Japan is extremely quiet and respectful, giving off calm vibes when in the presence of another. He enjoys treating others well and making others happy, while reading the atmosphere and emotion in the air to be able to tell how he can make a person happy. Neko! Japan is extremely hard to read, only becoming readable in needed situations that call for it desperately.
Though being calm on the outside, he has many emotions running on the inside. He tries to match his mood with another person's though, if they insult his nation too much in a non-joking manner, then he will get pretty angry and his target of anger will face a severe punishment.
It is easy to trample this man due to his kindness. Though, due to his extremely high intelligence rate and ability to easily sense the mood and atmosphere, he can catch on easily and put a stop to being controlled or trampled on.
Do NOT touch his ears or tail; they will give you a surprise, though if you try, you may die.

It's a human! Norway account based on a story that I wrote. And a dream that I had. Yeah. He seems emo, but come on. Give me a break. I love the dark past kinds of things, especially since I had a sort of dark past myself, so I like it when a character has a past that I can relate to. His father's abuse is kinda extreme, though... Gotta edit that story... Or is it good? Oh well, I posted a link to the story on that account, so you can go to it and read it!!
